If the number is less than than economists’ consensus there is a 77.77% probability that GC will trend up following the news event.

This probability is based on the last 12 US Continuing Jobless Claims events, in which 7 of the last 9 events where the actual number was less than than the economist consensus resulted in an up trend of GC.
